The Tasmanian miners have been rescued and there is rumour of a $6 million offer for their story. As a hypothetical, would you sell the story, is it immoral to even offer the money, does the story already belong to the community, or would you simply want to get on with your life?
And if you did take the cash, what would you do with it, would you reimburse some of the rescue costs?

I was thinking similar thoughts the other day. Part of me thinks the best thing would be to try and slip away from all the hype and live your life. Yet that's probably impossible right now.
I think it'd be good to give some money to the family of the dead miner and maybe set up some sort of fund for the town.
About repaying the recue costs, I think that they did nothing wrong, they just turned up for work and got in a fix. It wasn't their fault.
it's interesting isn't it, how
the media has made us such a cynical bunch
the other day I said to Mr X, "I wonder if Harry M Miller is down there trying to represent them"
do the sums and their 2 weeks underground could set them up for life - I just hope they share any windfall with those who busted their butts to get them out of there
